As a successful business leader, Michael Rosenfeld joined The Rochlin Organization at its inception and has become an active leader in helping expand the firm’s presence throughout the tristate marketplace.
Over the past decade, Michael has acted as exclusive leasing agent for some of the area’s most prestigious office buildings. Michael’s efforts have resulted in leasing activity of over 1-million square feet for both Fortune 500, and local entrepreneurial companies alike.
Previously Michael served as president of IFR/Acorn Group, a family owned furniture rental company, an experience that lead naturally into the commercial real estate advisory industry. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Ithaca College. He is an active board member of the Commercial Industrial Brokers Society of LI, and a member of the Long Island Real Estate Group. Michael lives in Glen Cove with his wife Dawn and has two children, Jordan and Haley.
