A strip of retail stores in New Hyde Park has traded for $4.6 million.
NHP Crossing LLC, an entity registered to a Woodbury-based real estate investor, purchased the eight-store strip totaling 13,715 square feet on 1 acre at 2038-2056 Hillside Ave.
The sale price equates to a 6.5 percent cap rate.
Among the tenants at the property are a freestanding Nanking Asian Fusion restaurant, a barber shop, nail salon, pizza restaurant, dry cleaners and the Hillside Manor post office.
Adam Silber of Silber Investment Properties represented the buyer, while Anthony Ciafardoni of Silber Investment Properties represented the sellers, Hillside Associates, LLC, in the sales transaction.
