New York City-based Coldwell Banker Reliable Real Estate has merged with Coldwell Banker Beau Hulse Realty Group, which has offices on the East End of Long Island.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The combined company will operate under the Coldwell Banker Reliable brand, giving the brokerage firm about 175 sales agents in eight offices, three in Brooklyn and one each in Manhattan, Westhampton Beach, Southampton, Bridgehampton and Hampton Bays.
Coldwell Banker Reliable Real Estate Principal Broker Joseph Hamdan will continue in his role as principal and managing broker of record and remain headquartered in New York City.

“The unification of these two outstanding companies is a testament to the power of the Coldwell Banker network in cultivating partnerships, supporting growth and a collaborative culture,” Liz Gehringer, president of Affiliate Business and COO of Coldwell Banker Real Estate, LLC, said in a company statement. “This partnership is a win for the company, affiliated agents and ultimately our customers.”
Beau Thomas Hulse said the merger strengthens the combined brokerage firm’s foothold in the city and Hamptons markets.
“We are retaining the trusted Coldwell Banker name and reputation for innovation, luxury expertise, and the tools that help our agents to succeed and deliver the superior level of service that our customers have come to know and expect,” Hulse said in the statement.
