Priciest home sales in Long Beach (11561)

The three highest-priced home sales in Long Beach last month ranged from $1.35 million to $2.55 million. 

The priciest Long Beach home sold in August was a 7-bedroom, 6-bath colonial on .22 acres at 253 W. Penn St. that sold for $2.55 million in cash. It was listed by Barbara Mullaney of Coldwell Banker American Homes and sold by Thomas Nofi of Verdeschi & Walsh Realty. 

A 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath waterfront condo at 403 E. Boardwalk fetched $1.36 million in cash. It was listed and sold by Michael Nolan of Douglas Elliman Real Estate. 

At 18 E. Penn St., a 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath colonial on .11 acres went for $1.35 million in cash. It was listed by Frank DeLucia of Coldwell Banker American Homes and sold by Randy Scott of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Laffey International Realty.
