A Queens-based equipment supplier is relocating to Long Island after purchasing a Plainview property for $3.6 million.
Goyal Group, which supplies appliances, cookware, and other kitchen and home products, bought an 18,046-square-foot flex building on 1 acre at 179 Express St.
Built in 1968, the single-story building has one drive-in loading bay, and the property has parking for 45 vehicles.
The seller of the property, Camtech, which specializes in camera repair, has relocated to leased space in Jericho.
Chuck Tabone and Dan Gazzola of Newmark represented the buyer, as well as the seller, in the sales transaction.
