By acknowledging this Broker Member Code of Ethics, I hereby affirm that the majority of my time is spent brokering commercial real estate transactions on Long Island. If this statement is false, please click here to complete the Associate Member Application Process.
I hereby apply for a Broker Membership in the Commercial Industrial Brokers Society of Long Island. I represent that:
- I am currently licensed by the State of New York as a real estate broker or salesperson; and
- I am currently engaged in commercial or industrial real estate brokerage on Long Island as my primary means of income; and
- My principal place of business is located in Nassau or Suffolk County.
I agree, as a condition of membership, to familiarize myself and abide by the CIBS Code of Ethics and Bylaws. I have read and understand the CIBS Code of Ethics as posted on the CIBS website and agree to strictly adhere to the CIBS Code of Ethics and such other rules and regulations hereinafter promulgated by CIBS.
