RXR Realty has sold another one of its office properties in Woodbury.
The price was not disclosed but real estate sources say it sold for $2 million.
Plainview-based Dunkirk Realty purchased the 35,000-square-foot building on 3.68 acres at 420-424 Crossways Park Drive.
First constructed in 1968, the building was renovated in 2016 when Cablevision leased it. The property features on-site parking for 256 vehicles.
The Woodbury building was delivered vacant and The Rochlin Organization team of Roger Wooster, Michael Rosenfeld and Adam Rochlin has been appointed by the new owner to lease the property.
Office space at the property is being offered at $28.50 per square foot and $36 a foot for medical office use.
“This rare stand-alone building offers tenants a historically strategic location, with high-ceilings and abundant parking,” said Wooster. “It’s the only building in Crossways Park offering 35,000 square feet in one large-block.”
