Ambrosino Consultant Corporation has over 100 years of combined experience in the construction industry with expertise in all types of projects from roofing, exterior restoration, lobby and hallway upgrades, complete office restorations to new buildings and full gut renovations. In 2002, Ambrosino Consultant Corporation began with its attention focused on the Long Island market. Since that time, we have completed over 5 million square feet of office space projects, medical build-outs, and new construction ranging from 500 sq. ft. to 250,000 sq. ft. Our knowledge and experience has made us the “Owner’s Edge” in the Real Estate market for the tri-state area.
In order to meet the growing need of our clients, with a partner, Sal Ferrara, we began a design build firm, Combined Resources Consulting & Design, Inc., to provide clients with quality construction documentation. This addition has assisted the project management team in the coordination of their projects.
In 2011, we launched Excel Interior Finishes to provide project fulfillment of all interior finishes, including hard surface flooring, ceramic tile, sheet vinyl, VWC, carpet and paint.
Our most recent addition has been the creation of ACC Real Estate Services, Inc., with John Proscia. ACC Real Estate Services is a building management company that services over 2 million square feet of commercial and retail space on Long Island.
In addition to the above, we have become very active in the development of multiple facilities around Nassau County. Below is a small sampling of some of those properties and their current status:
• 1 Merrick Avenue, Westbury, NY – Sold to Nassau County BOCES
• 45 Executive Drive, Plainview, NY – Sold to BWD Group Insurance
• 137 Willis Avenue, Garden City, NY – Still owned
• 950 Franklin Avenue, Garden City, NY – Sold to investor
• 425 New York Avenue, Huntington, NY – Still owned
In addition, we at Ambrosino Consultant Corporation take immense pride in our philanthropic endeavors and community service. In 2014, Michael Ambrosino was the honoree for The INN’s (Interfaith Nutrition Network) Annual Luncheon. In 2010, Micheal Ambrosino was honored by the NYS Troopers PBA Signal 30 Benefit Fund and honored as their ‘Humanitarian of the Year’. In 2007, the March of Dimes honored Michael as their ‘Man of the Year’. Ambrosino Consultant Corp. also hosts an annual Texas Hold’em Tournament and donates all the proceeds to a worthy Long Island-based charitable organization. Some of the beneficiaries of the tournament have been; The Ministries, Parkinson’s Unity Walk, National Multiple Sclerosis Society of Long Island, Make-A-Wish Foundation of Metro New York, New York Veterans Advocacy Group., The INN, and The United Veterans Beacon House.

Commercial Industrial Broker Society of Long Island

CIBS was formed in 1993 out of the shared belief among the region’s leading brokers that the region needed a unified voice to advocate on behalf of professionalism, ethics and industry cohesion.  Since its formation, CIBS has helped upgrade the industry by offering hundreds of educational programs, seminars, and presentations; advocated professional standards and offered grievance resolution; provided informal mentoring relationships; raised tens of thousands of dollars for local charities; and created social settings in which colleagues have become friends, and competitors respected peers.
