Three adjacent mixed-use properties in Westhampton Beach have sold for $3.1 million.
Bellmore-based MGD Investments purchased the properties at 104 Main St., 1 Glovers Lane and 3 Glovers Lane, totaling about 6,400 square feet on .24 acres.
The buildings have retail stores on the ground level and apartments above and all are 100 percent occupied.
The buyer plans to make improvements to the properties, which are adjacent to a public park and a municipal parking lot.
Derek Weinberger of Keller Williams represented MGD, while Kent Ryderberg of Douglas Elliman Real Estate represented sellers Kevin and Barbara Butler in the sales transaction.
